PORTFOLIO
My research-led practice explores the intersection of typography, cultural identity, and social impact. I work with bilingual type design, adapting ancient scripts like Syriac and Aramaic into contemporary forms, while also engaging with digital and traditional mediums. Public projects focus on initiating cross-cultural dialogue and reflect on societal themes through calligraphy and mixed media. I am particularly interested in how visual storytelling can document and respond to historical and contemporary narratives, using design as a tool for communication and reflection.
